Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the information below regarding our shipping process.


Order Processing

All RAZE products are made to order through our trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

Once your order is placed, it enters production before it is shipped. Production times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, and other factors.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Times

After your order has been produced and shipped, standard shipping typically takes 7–12 business days.

Please note that shipping estimates are provided by our fulfillment partners and carriers and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

Delivery times may be longer than estimated due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • High seasonal order volumes

  • Holidays

  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events

RAZE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after a package has been dispatched.


Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

RAZE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@razeathletics.com. While we will do our best to update your order, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once production has begun.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us at sales@razeathletics.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other remedy where applicable.

RAZE is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen from the delivery location.


International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
