Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 3, 2026

At RAZE, every product is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, our return policy differs from that of traditional retail stores.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Made-to-Order Products

All RAZE products are produced on demand. This means each item is created specifically for your order rather than being pulled from existing inventory.

For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Changing your mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Buyer preference

  • Providing an incorrect shipping address

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at sales@razeathletics.com.

If production has not yet begun, we will do our best to cancel or modify your order.

Once production has started, we are generally unable to cancel, change, or refund the order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Email us at sales@razeathletics.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

  • Photos of the packaging if it appears damaged during shipping

Once the issue has been verified, RAZE will, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full or partial refund.

You will not be required to return defective products unless specifically requested.


Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution.

Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are generally considered successfully delivered. RAZE cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already entered production or shipped, RAZE cannot guarantee a refund, replacement, or reshipment.


Return Shipping

Because our products are custom made, we generally do not require customers to return damaged or defective merchandise.

If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions before any item is shipped back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days after processing for the funds to appear in your account.


Policy Abuse

RAZE reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests in cases involving fraudulent claims, abuse of this policy, or insufficient evidence of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
